Appointment in Samarra

Season 6, episode 11

Dear God, could you please replace the showrunner? Here's why:

After one Lisa-free episode SG had to shove Ben into 11 episode. Ben is not a better option. He is Lisa's son and he had even less lines than she had. There was never any relationship between him and Dean, no devotion shown... no father - son connection. Yet, writers reminded us of Ben once again by showing the letter written by Dean.
Would Dean  think of Ben before going to die? Really? Leaving a letter for Ben instead of Sam or Bobby only stresses the fact that Lisa/Ben storyline doesn't fit naturally into the show.

I am so sick and tired of hearing Lisa's or Ben's name, I dread watching the next episode because I'm afraid there is going to be more wussy Dean looking at Lisa's number or at her.

In AiS, I was being constantly reminded how "Dean cares for children". Yes, I've noticed the parallel between the 12 year old girl and Ben (whom I assume is 12 years old). In this very immature way the writers wanted to show one more time (I'm really sick of it) how domesticated Dean is, how he cares for Ben etc.... I have enough of it.

I'm not buying Lisa/Ben storyline in any form presented. Minor characters (of Lisa and Ben) have done a lot of harm to this show. Not Lisa nor Ben healed Dean's soul during the last year, to be honest they both made Dean suffer even more by forcing him to live a "normal life" while his brother was in Hell.

My wish was to see an episode with Dean finally saying out loud that he did not want to be with Lisa. That would not make him look like a jerk Sera Gamble! That would be something healthy!

Right now I don't see a ray of hope....
